Branch Manager - Construction Services (5524)

Position Overview

Oversee the sales and operations of a construction services branch which provides construction related products and rentals to local contractors.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Responsible for building and maintaining account relationships and sales with customers
• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Initiatives include identifying, approaching, presenting and closing new business, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and achieving sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Network within the community to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

Experience and Skill Requirements

• 3-5 years working in a management capacity
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of common software programs preferred
• Experience working in the construction industry
• Goal-oriented approach to sustaining and improving business and customer service
• Superior organizational and negotiating skills as well as sound financial skills
• Bilingual strongly preferred

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
