Position Overview

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator for our Construction Related Products location in Tulsa, Oklahoma! The Inside Sales Coordinator will support the initiative of providing strong customer service in a timely, professional and courteous manner. This position will serve as an Inside Sales professional as well as support the facility with general clerical duties. The Inside Sales Coordinator will follow orders from entry to invoicing, provide customer’s feedback, data entry in the computer, answer phone calls and emails all to ensure both the customer and business needs are met. This individual will work in conjunction with the customer, sales, operations, supply, quality, and finance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers (telephone and face-to-face) by providing feedback and addressing any issues
• Perform basic office duties including answering and directing phone calls, sorting mail and calling for mail pick-up, copying, faxing, and filing
• Maintain cash drawer and process cash report.
• Track open sales orders and process tickets to billing department.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and organizational documents
• Computer entry sales orders and price/job quoting.
• Comply with local safety procedures and regulations always
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Experience and Skill Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar office environment is preferred
• Able to communicate both written and verbally with customers, fellow employees, and business leaders
• Able to multi-task in fast paced environment with shifting priorities
• Proficient level of computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
• Decision making and problem resolution skills
• Honest, ethical, dedicated, dependable and approachable
• Team player and have the ability to meet assigned tasks
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus
• Knowledge of construction industry is a plus

Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
