Laborer - Recycling (5210)

Location: Jacksonville, FL (0193)

Position Overview

Commercial Metals Company is seeks a FT Laborer at its Jacksonville, FL facility to clean its shredder area after the production run. Hours are Monday - Friday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some Saturday work and overtime as needed. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Clean production area using shovels, brooms, etc.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to meeting attendance schedule with dependability and consistency 
  • Follow all safety procedures/policies
  • Willingness to cross-train in other areas
Experience and Skill Requirements

Steady work history, ability to work independently, construction industry or similar environment preferred.

Education Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
